Once in awhile, we’ll post something about LOVE, even if it’s not directly related to Toronto. In this case, artist Curtis Kulig (of the famous “Love Me” tags) and Shepard Fairey (of the OBEY campaign) have come together to create a limited-edition line of clothing for both men and women. The “Love Me” Project is a part of the 2012 Spring/Summer OBEY catalog, and is now available online.

Well known Toronto street artist Elicser is set to release his first ever book entitled “Know Love”, this Friday, February 10th from 7-10pm at LE Gallery (1183 Dundas St West). The book is a collection of images and words reflecting on the simplicity and beauty of what LOVE is.

Uplift is a Canadian non-profit organization founded by Rima Neverland and Alex Westgate. Their initiative is to make the world a better place through the power of art. With the help of photographers, illustrators, designers, and fine artists who donate pieces of work, they raise money for a variety of good causes. So far, they’ve worked with World Vision Foundation, in order to raise funds for the famine in the Horn of Africa.
