Our good friend Rez Dahya is making his directorial debut with the Toronto premiere of his short film “Esha”, at the Toronto Independent Film Festival. The film stars Albina Nahar and Khalid Klein in a modern-day love story rooted in the cultural backrop of how people change their names to fit into western society. If you’re interested in seeing the film the premiere takes place at this Saturday, Sept. 10th, 8pm at the Toronto Underground Cinema (186 Spadina Ave.)
