North Star Sportswear is back after a 20-year absence. The iconic Canadian sneaker brand, which sold millions of pairs in the 70’s and late 80’s, is being re-launched and revitalized for the Canadian marketplace. At the head of its revitalization are award-winning designer Adrian Aitcheson (Too Black Guys, Ecko, Canada Goose) and Arcade Agency’s creative director Pablo Mozo (Nike, Bluenotes). Longtime collaborators, they most recently worked together as the creative team behind the hugely successful Team Canada apparel collection for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games.

North Star will be available at the Hudson’s Bay Company as well as select boutiques across Canada, with plans to expand nationally.
