Toronto’s own Charles Officer, Director of “Nurse.Fighter.Boy” is up for “Best Motion Picture” in this years Genie Awards. The film’s also nominated for Achievement In Direction, Original Screen Play, Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role (Clark Johnson), Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role (Karen LeBlanc), Achievement in Art Direction/Production Design, Achievement in Cinematography, Achievement in Costume Design, Achievement in Music – Original Song (“Oh Love”), and Achievement in Sound Editing.
The award winning film is also set for its UK premiere at the Bradford International Film Festival starting March 18th.
